Access programme from Sligo IT for low income families

Students that are putting Sligo IT on the CAO list particularly in their first choices are advised to apply

for the access programme particularly if their family has been affected by recession

Financial assistance with initial costs of attending is offered  for low income families

 for a few lucky candidates

Within 10% of points required for the course

Scholarship in Pharmacy

Royal College of Surgeons,Dublin  offering a scholarship in Pharmacy to eligible candidates.

Pharmacy at RSCI is a 4 year undergraduate course, leading to the degree of B.Sc. (Pharmacy)

Applications are invited from persons who are keen to study Pharmacy but are prevented or impeded from doing so without additional support and financial assistance.

Candidates must

  • be from a low income family- qualify for a mainteneance grant
  • Meet required subjects for entry
  • Have resided in Ireland for at least the last 5 years
  • Achieve 480 points in Leaving Cert
